Admission is $9/$16 per guest
Advance bookings are strongly recommended. Our capacity is limited to 8 guests per session. Please read all rules and guidelines below before completing your booking.

We do not accept children under 5 years old
Children between 5 to 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult. Please supervise your child at all time.

Please arrive no later than 10 minutes of your reservation time
We only extend 10 minutes for late arrival. We use clean and sanitized slippers but make sure you wear socks.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Admission fees are non-refundable.
Please provide us with a minimum of 24 hours notice if you want to cancel or reschedule this session.
We are more than willing to rebook your session or offer a store credit.
If you late within 15 minutes, we can extended 10 minute for your session.
More than 15 minutes your session may be forfeited.

Cat Room Rules
- You are interacting with the cats at your own risk. Our cats are full vaccinated but like other animal, cats have teeth and claws and they are quite capable of using them. Scratches and bites may happen.
- Shoes are not allowed in Cat room. Please wear or bring your own socks.
- Sanitized Slipper are provided when you enter.
- Please make sure you sanitize your hands before entering or leaving the cat room.
- Do not feed cats or leave food unattended!
- Please do not pick up the cats or wake them up when they are fast asleep.
- Please do not disturb cats while they are drinking or eating.
- Do not use flash on your camera.
- No running, jumping or yelling. Please use your inside voice!
- Don’t not hurt the cats accidentally or intentionally!
Reminder
Please treat our staff and cats with kind and respect.
The safety of our cats is the most important. Staff at PETPLS may issue a warning if any rules are not being followed. If you or your children continue to break our rules, our staff will ask you to kindly exit the cat room.
Mistreatment of cats will not be tolerated.
PETPLS Cat Cafe is not responsible for any injury or possible health concerns of guests in cat room.

I’ve been to many cat cafe before and most of the time cats there are shy and they usually don’t want to be touched, which is totally understandable because that’s their nature. I have cats and I know that. But I was so supervised how social, outgoing and willingly to play with you and be petted cats at this place are. Most of the cats there are very friendly - some of them even jumped on me!

I’ve gone 2 days in a row now with my family of adult children! If you need a wonderful dose of serotonin, this is the place to go! The cats are entertaining and friendly, and the manager is an absolute delight to talk to.
Frequently asked questions
Do you guys only accept reservations?
We accept reservation & walk-in! But weekends are usually more busy, we recommend to book ahead.
Are all the cats up for adoption?
Some of them are PETPLS's babies which are not up for adoptions. You can find all the adoption cats on current cat page.
Are the cats friendly?
Definitely! But cats are wild animals. They have teeth and claws, and they are quite capable of using them!
What's the age limit?
Children between 5-12 years old must be accompanied by an adult. We do not allowed children under 5 in the cat lounge.
