Non-returnable items:

● All used items

● Customized human birthday cakes or pets’ cakes

● Special orders

● Gift cards

● Opened items

● Clothing and Harnesses, Bed and Cat tree,Grooming products and Carriers

● All bowls and Water Fountains

Returning in-store purchases

● Refunds or exchanges require original receipt within 14 days of purchase

● All used items or opened items CANNOT be returned or exchanged, they must be in their original packaging.

● Items refunds will be issued in that same form of tender which products were purchased.

Reschedule or cancellation of cat room visit

● A minimum of 24 hours notice is required if you want to cancel or reschedule the

session.

● All cat room visits can be only refunded into store credits or rebook.

● Please be aware that we are not able to accept the visit of children under 4 years old

or children under 12 to visit alone, and we would not be able to reschedule or refund

any balance due to this issue.
